• A time is set to tour the State Licensed Assisted Living Facilities or homes with you to see which best fits your loved ones needs.
• Pricing negotiation assistance with the Senior Housing Solution that you choose.
• Medical paperwork processing to get your loved one placed.
• Visitation, follow up, and care on their well being once they are placed.
• Support group information and any additional referral services that may help you with the transition
